About our services

SDTZ Values LLC provides supportive, non-medical residential housing for veterans and qualifying adults, and business consulting services, in Texas, United States. Information on this website is general information about those services. It is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice, and it does not create a resident, client, or other professional relationship.

Not a medical facility

Our housing is supportive residential housing. SDTZ Values is not a medical facility, assisted-living facility, or nursing home, and nothing on this site should be read as offering medical care or treatment.

Inquiries are not placements or engagements

Submitting an inquiry through this website does not guarantee housing placement, a consulting engagement, availability, or any particular outcome. Housing placement and consulting engagements begin only under separate written agreements, and housing placement depends on eligibility and fit, including that residents be cognitively aware and ambulatory (canes and walkers are welcome).

The EMR portal

The Login on this site leads to the SDTZ Values EMR sign-in, where resident records are kept. Access requires an account issued by SDTZ Values; what an account can see is determined by its role. Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in details confidential and for activity under their account.

Acceptable use

• Use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or security.
• Do not attempt to access the EMR or any account without authorization.
• Do not submit information through the inquiry process that you do not have the right to share.

Content and availability

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we may change content, services, or these terms at any time without notice, and we do not warrant that the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDTZ Values LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
