Supportive Housing
Resident-centered living, with structure and support
Our homes are built around the people who live in them. Residents get a stable, well-run household where daily life has a rhythm — and where support is close by when it is needed.
- Stable, structured environment. Consistent routines and clear house expectations that make day-to-day life predictable and calm.
- Supportive community. Shared living with fellow residents — including veterans — in a respectful, encouraging home.
- Help with daily activities. Support woven into everyday living, so residents can focus on their goals and independence.
- Meals provided daily. Three meals and two snacks every day — no grocery runs or cooking required.
Please note: SDTZ Values provides supportive, non-medical residential housing. We are not a medical facility, assisted-living facility, or nursing home, and we do not provide medical care.
Who our housing is for
- Veterans and qualifying adults seeking stable, supportive housing
- Residents who are cognitively aware
- Residents who are ambulatory — canes and walkers are welcome
